It was the year 2010. In an embarrassing turn of events for the Health Ministry and Directorate of Visual Publicity, India, an image of Chelsea Footballer John Terry was being printed on tobacco products across the country. When the legal representatives of John Terry objected, the Ministry had to withdraw the image. Albeit it took time to come to effect due to the size of circulation and many manufacturers, especially the smaller ones, did not follow due instructions and kept using the image for a long time.
That is when InstaQuest received the project from the legal representatives of the star footballer to scout the market, identify the manufacturers and investigate the entities in order to be litigated against.
Boy did we succeed, and how!
